Have 1.17 achevmants but no 1.17

I have 1.17 achievements but no real 1.17 im still in 1.16.221 I cant join 1.17 worlds. The things that are missing are actuall 1.17 new ui at loading.1.17 home backround. I tried updating multiple times but it does not show up.
