Glowing text on sign not working

I have just tested to see if the text on a dark oak sign work and it does not work I have tried it on Java and it works fine but as soon as I try on my Xbox it doesn't work. I have tried it in creative and survival doesn't work, I have a 2 minute clip but I have to shorting it down to this to meat the requirements for attachments
