my dragon egg vanished

i punched my ender dragon egg, and it appears i have lost it... is there a way i can get it back, because i flew in creative (because there isn't a spectator mode, ps: pls add in ps4 ed.) and didn't find it. I am unsure if you can ad one into my world or smw, but i really want it back since it's my only only achievement.
(and the version of the game was 1.16, wouldn't let me put it there)
