Furnace arrow lags very briefly every second when holding a map.

On utlility blocks like the blast furnace, The white filling up the processing icon (arrow in blast furnace case) very subtly lags every second.

Update: this issue only happens when holding a map. Try reproducing this

This "every second" part is similar to MCPE-150208.
