Amethyst bud icons are not offset by 2 pixels from the bottom edge of the cell (vanilla parity)

This bug report is a parity issue with Java.

Summary:
In the slot in the inventory, amethyst buds (of any stage, not an amethyst cluster!) are shifted 2 pixels from the bottom edge. There is no such indentation in the bedrock.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Find amethyst buds.
2. Check out their textures.

Observed results:
Textures start without indenting from the bottom edge.

Expected results:
There will be a 2px padding from the bottom edge.
