Hitbox of azalea / flowering azalea is not the same as in the Java version

This bug report is a parity issue with Java.

Summary:
In the bedrock version of the hitbox, azaleas are a complete block. In the Java version, the azaleas have a well-developed hitbox. There is a trunk and leaves of a bush...

Steps to reproduce:

1. Place the azalea.
2. Hover over the azalea.

Observed results:
The azalea hitbox is a complete block.

Expected results:
Azalea's hitbox should be like the java version.
