Hotbar Slot swichs by itself

If i try to type something using keyboard while the 9th hotbar selected it will switch itself to 8th slot. Just like the screenshot.If any of u have android device i suggest u to try this and see if it happens with u or not. I have tested this on 2 devices and everytime i got the same result
