Experience orbs follow dead players

Summary:
Experience orbs follow dead players. This was fixed for Java Edition in 20w45a (MC-98219).

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Summon some experience orbs far away from the player
2. Switch to Survival mode
3. Move towards the experience orbs
4. Once the experience orbs start following the player, type /kill in the chat

Observed Results:
The experience orbs continue to follow the player even though the player is dead.

Expected Results:
The experience orbs should not follow the player.
