I play on my cell phone but it appears as if I'm playing on the console

When I enter my world the screen is like I'm playing on the console but I play on the cell phone, I can't move after entering the world.
This only happens on this device, I've tried it on other devices and it's normal.
I've reinstalled Minecraft twice but it's still the same.
