/ride missing command feedback

Under one specific circumstance the /ride command provides no feedback when it fails.

/ride <target> summon_ride <entityType> no_ride_change

This command gives no command feedback when the target is already riding/being ridden. No ride is summoned, as is supposed to happen, yet no feedback is given to inform the player that no ride was someoned because the target is riding/being ridden.
