Game crashing bugs

My Minecraft is crashing every time I break an ice block when getting seeds from grass and breaking a peony i don't know if any other blocks are effected but please fix this bug its very annoying 

 

edit: Just found out un igniting fire also crashes, I will keep searching block that crash the game and inform.
