Lightning rod doesn't change texture when powered

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Place a lightning rod;
2. Set weather to thunderstorm;
3. Hit it with lightning.

Observed Results:
The texture remains the same.

Expected Results:
The texture becomes fully white upon being hit.
