Command block limit issue

Ps4-Every time I use a command block with the same command maybe up to 5 or 7 then when making another same command the command block is not working. Then soo I broke all the command blocks just beacause one of them wasn't  working, when I type the command  and once finished it wont work, I tried many verities like uncondinal  condisnal but nothing

Particle commands - 7+ = no more particles 

I-a soredorad sidebar money-  1st /clear @p cookie (unconditional-impluse)- 2nd /scoreboard players add Coins 20 (conditional-Chain)  once you put 7 or more it wont work no more even if you break the blocks  and make a new one - none
