The game crashes with unknown reason.

The game crashes when open the world with 1.17.10.28 version. The game just crush with some random action made in the game. I cannot determine the reason, in the first instance, I'm just sprinting and jumping and the game exited. The second time I am harvesting some flowers using flowing water and the game crashes again.
