Can't log in or create new world. Can't play at all.

Using a Kindle Fire to play. Recently got SD card and moved Minecraft app over. Lost all data during formatting. Did factory reset of device. Since then after Red own loading, can't create new world or play at all. I get message there was an error loading this world. Also get code puffer fish when I try to log in. Any suggestions?
