After placing items into item frame they are not removed from inventory

After placing items into item frame they are not removed from inventory

We are plaing in wifi network on 2 devices

• "Galaxy Tab 3 Lite" - It can be reproduced
• "Galaxy Note 4" - (host) It can not be reproduced.

We were able to make a lot of items - diamonds, armours and so on.
