Game Crashes When Using axe to "harvest" items

In a world with Caves and Cliffs experimental mode activated, whenever i "harvest" leaves, pumpkins, bamboo from the world, the game crashes.

 

To Repo:

1. Start a new world.
2. Enable Caves and Cliffs features.
3. once in game, clear @s
4. give @s iron_axe (Optional)
5. go chop some leaves.
6. game crashes.
