Android Users Cannot Receive Invitations

When Mojang fixed this bug a while ago in 1.17.0.54 Beta, This bug was still remaining. Android players can now host worlds whether on a Wifi or Cellular BUT they cannot receive invitations on both. iOS users can however receive invites but not Android users.
