Issue with touch on android

The game goes wild every 5 minutes I play. When my fingers are not on my phone screen the game will break stuff and go out of my control. There's also a weird glitch when I play with other players. It will attack them and I can't move. Not to mention my items in my hotbar will drop out on its own.
