Marketplace, skins, and packs won't load on Ps4

Pretty much as stated in the summary, nothing in the marketplace or skins will load and it references my internet as the issue though I can assure you it isn't. Tried uninstalling and then reinstalling but no dice. Everything else works fine that I can tell. Again, this is bedrock on ps4
