resource/behavior pack disables achievements

Mojang I believe  there is an issue with resources/behavior packs every time i activate one it disables my achievements. I have Apply Resource Pack And Behavior Packs before and achievements worked fine Without Achievements Being Disable.while I was playing my world I Noticed In The Main Menu It Said Achievements Cannot Be Earned In This World. I Didn't Press Activate Cheats Or Change The Game mode To Creative. It Also Didn't Ask Me To Turn Off Achievements. And it Turned off Without My Permission. I created a new world started it with my packs on and Once I load in I go to setting and on the top it says achievements cannot be earned In this world. no message came up saying I wouldn't be able to earn achievements if I turn on these packs or anything
