POV floating when standing next to lava

When you stand next to lava that is floating down, your view looks like it's floating but it's not.

Steps to Reproduce: 1. create a down float lava

2. create a hole below the lava so it not spread

3. stand next to the down float lava

Observed Results: the view floating up about 0.5 - 1 block

Expected Results: the view not floating up
