Missing Founders Cape

I watched Minecon live and had the founders cape, loved it.  But I have no idea where it went.  A little annoyed.  I saw it on my one character and saw that I had it on it.  99% sure I didn't have it from the glitch.  No idea how to get it back. Granted, I haven't played bedrock version in forever, and I just bought the Windows 10 version and played it solely on my xbox previously. I don't know if the movement of versions screwed me here, but I had it on xbox before I logged in on Windows.
