RTX clear glass addons have reflections on the bottom of the blocks/panes

Using Kelly's RTX resource pack and the clear glass addon, reflections appear on the bottom of glass when looking through it.

 

It's my understanding that this is an issue for minecraft and not the resource pack itself?
