While having add-ons on your minecraft world, drinking potions sometimes does not give you that potion effect.

Once I tried to drink a potion with a add-on on my minecraft world, instead of granting me the effect, it came out with a bunch of black particles giving me no effect, even when I use /effect, it doesn't work. This bug began in 1.16.20 non beta.
