Can't sign in or create a Microsoft account - loading forever

Hi there,

 

My daughter is having a hard time with Minecraft.

She can't play, the world she has created is not there and is not possible to create or login the Microsoft account, after clicking on the button for it, load forever!

Since she has not logged in this account, we can't reinstall the license or we will loose it.
