My world gets deleted and turned into a flat world after my game crashes

I was just playing my city living world I got off of the market place but as soon as I tried using command blocks it would kick me from minecraft and after trying to use the command block a couple times and getting kicked out of it it completely deleted the entire world and made it a brand new flat world.
