Parity issue: Light blocks produce particles when broken

Due to ~~MCPE-123258~~, this can only be reproduced via commands:

/setblock ~ ~-1 ~ air 0 destroy

Executing this command as to make it overwrite a light block results in particles being produced, which is a parity issue due to these particles not existing in Java Edition.
