Barriers produce particles when broken

A Bedrock Edition equivalent of MC-221568.

Since barriers are meant to be invisible, these particles should not happen.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Place a barrier
2. Break the barrier

Observed Results:
The barrier produces particles.

Expected Results:
The barrier should not produce particles.
