created world don't want to load after power cut on PS4 platform

My created world, can't be loaded, game freezes after I try to open my main world. I have download all saves after the crash (these are the only I have as the game was saved automatically) and I can share them to get resolution. Does the saves contain any personal data, if so I would like to share only with minecraft support team. How to share saves only with support team ?
