Constant glitch

I have a world were i had good stuff id say and it locked me out of that world meaning I was not allowed to get in it and I know many did. So I then was allowed to play again i think due to you guys fixing it then i havent played on it for a long time and the time i went on it to play i was in a hole and my stuff was missing which looked like i died in game. Which i never played for a good time so i never did this.
