Game play freezes randomly.

My game just randomly freezes every few minutes. I'm just playing on one of my maps and it just completely freezes. I knownits not my Xbox as I can still go to me home or turn the Xbox off completely. But the game itself freezes and it's quite annoying. I can't go 5 minutes without having to reload the entire game.
