Black screen when leaving and coming back to the game when in full screen mode

Steps to reproduce :

• Enable ray tracing
• Enable fullscreen mode
• Leave focus using the windows key and coming back to the desktop
• Come back to the game

The UI is still visible but the gameview is entirely black.

It does not matter when the game loses focus, I tried on a non RTX world, and when I enabled RTX the game went black.
