windows 10 connecting to another account states "account is already playing"

We have 2x minecraft accounts and both are able to play but after a windows update restarted one of the games while it was still logged in we cannot connect the other windows 10 MC game, it can see the LAN game but tells:

Cannot join world. the account you are signed into is currently playing in this world on a different device!

Clearly we are not! Have restarted both PCs and games and they still don't allow connection to the game.

It has worked fine until a few days ago after the windows restart
Is there a file on the bedrock game that we can remove the logged in players etc?
