Minecraft stuck on grey screen for only on Nintendo switch profile but working for others.

When I click on Minecraft for my profile it shows the Nintendo screen and then goes on to a black screen and stays as a black/gray screen and then proceeds to say there's a software error but I made a new profile to try it and it right away goes to the mojang screen and opens up.
