Lightning bolts play the "lightning bolt impact" sound even when very far away.

What happens: No matter how far away the lightning bolt entity strikes, a thunder sound plays and an explosion sound plays with it.

What is expected: If a lightning bolt strikes far enough away, only the thunder sound should play. If it strikes near then the explosion sound will be played with the thunder.
