/structure destination coordinate parameter is called "to"

The bug

The syntax "helper" for the /structure load command describes its position argument as "to".

Seems like it was copy/pasted from /structure save, which has "from" and "to". This makes sense since it's defining a bounds, same as /clone. But to alone for load makes no sense. It should probably be destination like /clone.
