market place store doesnt work

every time i try to use the market place or a pack that i have bought it says it cant connect and my that i need to check my internet. my internet is fine and i cant find any solusions online. sometimes it says this bug was sepoost to be fixed, but i still have the problem. there is no way i can refund packs or coins so now i have wasted money on things i cant even use.
