My ping stuck at 200 (I'm at my region WiFi is fine)

My ping on any servers and I'm on my region is basically stuck on 200, I just got this issue yesterday, the day before that my ping was fine it wasn't 200, I just worked up logged on, and I notice is just at stable 200, I'm not lagging I did ping test etc. I even reformatted my phone I just want to play normally 200 ping is just too annoying I don't know where I should report this but maybe someone can help me, ik this isn't the place for a report but I can't find any links for help.
