Minecraft is slow, errors such as piglin and drowned, can't join with certain people.

I can't join with certain people like my sister on it just says unable to connect. When i try to sign back into my account it says piglin error. It takes ten minutes to load into minecraft and it is sometimes glitch, takes another ten minutes to get into a world or server.
