Texture pack cannot be activated

I purchased the natural texture pack and was using it for a few days with no problems and then I went on a couple of days ago and now the texture pack is gone. The market place says I own and have downloaded the texture pack but when I go to activate it its not there. I have tried reinstalled the game and have hard reset my console but its still not appearing. Other packs I bought for character skins are Still working fine. Also I'm not sure which version of the game I'm running its just the latest version on xbox.
