Can't join old worlds or create new ones

Whenever I try to make a new world or join a old one it starts loading then gets stuck on loading resources until I close the app, I've uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times but the doesn't help. This is really annoying and I hope it gets patched in the next bug fix.
