Unable to download "How to Train Your Dragon" world

Hi.

Last night i downloaded and bought the world how to train your dragon. This morning i went to go and create the world only to find out that its blank and that there is a XP bar across where the Create World button is. So apparently if you delete the bought game you can redownload it so i tried that and its still there. What do i do? Did i waste my Money on this.
