Villagers not spawning with biome specific skins

Villagers in the villages aren't spawning with biome specific skins
For example: If there is a plain and desert next to each other, the village spawns at the border of both the biomes and therefore the skins of the villages end up matching their respective biomes. However, the village type remains same throughout.
