Many surfaces Lava/Water below Y-0

I've been playing minecraft beta since last week of the release of 1.17.0.52, and the bug that i noticed didn't got noticed by others, so that kinda surprise me, so i am here end this bug.

The bug that i've noticed on the experimental features or not (maybe its really on 1.17. version itself) idk but

i know that every time that i explore caves below Y-0

 

*MAIN TOPIC OF THE BUG*

the LAVA and WATER has many surfaces. Its like flowing lava/water but it has no BODY it just has a thin surface layer every Y it flowed down or up. Pls check it out. it's been bothering me since the first beta is releaseed.

And i am using OPPO A5s it has 3GB RAM, with 32GB of storage "Android" to further help you identify easily where flatform i use, Pls notice this bug i am dying to see this fixed, its creeping me out.
