No footsteps bug

Sometimes, I can't hear any footsteps from enemies. I died so many times in Survival Games on Hive because I couldn't hear that there were enemies behind me when I looted a chest. It's extremely annoying and makes PvP unplayable in many situations. All my sound effects are at 100% except for the music which I turned off.
