Cant buy realm

Good day sir im from Philippines i try to buy an realm buy playstore said my version of my minecraft is old. But i try to uninstall it and reinstall but it didn't work so can you help me to buy a realm i dont know what to do i researched to youtube if there any player that same problem as me but i didnt see anything
