map display problem

Hello,

I just installed Minecraft bedrock version for my windows 10 pc and bought the how to train your dragon DLC. Everything was going well when I got the idea to play with a friend. Not arriving otherwise I took the 1 month free trial of minecraft realm to be able to play with it. So we managed to play together, but problem, when I fly in the game, the map takes a long time to load, hardly see, the scenery around me hardly appears, the characters float in the void etc ... So I tried to increase the section distance in the settings but nothing to do. It's very unpleasant and I almost can't play. However, before I subscribed to realm, I didn't believe it bugged as much or even at all. Can you help me please ? I would be very grateful to you !!!
