Marketplace music makes me crash

Every time I download the free music pack from the marketplace, my game crashes when I get to the importing step. (Note, not a sound or music bug, other sounds play fine and also other packs are able to be downloaded) Just the music pack. I have no idea why, and I have several friends with the same prob
