Can't wear a certain sweatshirt

One day when I logged into my World My Minecraft character's head was just floating There is no body or anything So I went to the section where you changed your skin When I clicked on creeper hoodie it said fail to select item And that's the hoodie that I usually wear This happened to me about last year And now I've just been wearing "Normal hoodie"
